Tucson Sunset - Southwest Sky PhotosI started this site in 1994 when I moved from New York City to Tucson. The skies overwhelmed me then as they do today. My wife, Karen, refers to herself as a "sunset widow" -- better that than a golf widow as far as I'm concerned. The thing is, just about everyone who ends up here loves seeing the skies. The site gets about 8,000 unique visitors a month from 40 different countries.

In the beginning the site was simply a labor of love but eventually I got inquiries about using my images commercially. Now the site serves both purposes. You may see some of these shots on CD covers, other web sites, and believe it or not, at a Southwest-style restaurant in Dubland, Ireland.
